Anyone else binge watch a bunch of Netflix series? Which totally messed up their body clock. How about having a hard time in turning off “vacation-mode” from your mind?
If you are any of the above (or both), then here are four tips of preparation for a new semester.
1. Start Fresh
A blank sheet of paper is much easier to write on than one that is already filled in. Let’s start our semester with a clean slate. This means cleaning your study space physically and digitally. Airing out your room, your desk, or any place you study can help clear your mind. This will revitalize, renew, and reenergize you.
You will be better prepared for this semester if you clean your desktop computer, laptop, and tablet. Additionally, you will not have to look through multiple documents to find your pdf slides for your upcoming course.
3. Plan out your due dates
4. Get some rest
